How Now Sam Brown?

Sam Brown, one of the most neurotic comic fiends I ever knew has a big one man (sorry, one person) show in LA right now, that shows everyone what I've known for years... this guy is nutsy!

Here's what the reviewers have to say (caps theirs, italics mine)...

"ONE OF THE BEST (ONE PERSON SHOWS) TO COME ALONG IN SOME TIME! SAM BROWN has a commanding stage presence, and he is clearly talented as both a comedian and an actor! Brown and director Jon Shear have produced a tight show... NEUROTICA CLEARLY STANDS OUT in a class of show that is too frequently mediocre!" Bruce Schaaf, METRO LA

"Wickedly hilarious." Dink O'Neil, BACKSTAGE WEST

"HILARIOUS! DIRECTED FLAWLESSLY! This 80 minutes FLEW by leaving the audience entertained, enlightened and exhausted from non-stop laughter! With great skill and timing, charm and imagination...truths and events of his life RIOTOUSLY unfold before us! VERY FUNNY STUFF!!!Pat Taylor, TOLUCAN TIMES

"Sam Brown is neurosis incarnate. Inventive. Hysterical speed. A "king of needy" searching frantically for love. Quieter moments emphasize the comedian's considerable acting ability. Director Jon Shear creates an effectively claustrophobic world -- an isolation tank -- in which Brown must come to terms with a lifetime of conflicts. Undeniably talented, Sam Brown's new one-man show nails truths about drugs, mental illness and family problems. Joel Hirschorn, VARIETY

If you want to see what Dink O' Neil (and others who's names aren't stolen from "The Little Rascals") thought was so "wicked", check out the info below...
